The 20' High-Peak tents are perfect for smaller, intimate gatherings — backyard parties, rehearsal dinners, or events under 55 guests. The 30' JumboTrac Lite is ideal for mid-size events with a sleek, elegant profile. The 40' JumboTrac is wider and more commanding — ideal for larger receptions with a dance floor, bar, and dining all side by side. The 30' and 40' both feature pole-free interiors and the same beautiful hip-roof design. Use our free tent sizer above to see which size fits your guest count.
Many couples love the clear vinyl top for evening receptions — it lets in natural light during the day and creates a stunning starlit ceiling at night, especially when paired with string lights inside. It's a beautiful upgrade. Ask us about clear vinyl availability when you inquire.
Standard installation is done on grass using ground stakes. We can also install on dirt or packed gravel. For concrete, asphalt, or pavers, we use weighted ballasts or concrete blocks instead of stakes — just let us know your surface when you inquire so we can plan accordingly.
As soon as your date is locked in — especially for spring and fall weekends, which fill up fast. That said, reach out regardless of how close your date is and we'll do our best to make it work.
Professional installation is always included with every tent rental. Delivery is an additional fee based on your location, which we'll quote clearly upfront — no surprises. We serve Thibodaux, Houma, and surrounding areas across Lafourche and Terrebonne Parish.
We typically set up the day before your event and break down the day after, so you have the full day to focus on celebrating. You don't need to be present during setup, but someone should be available to confirm placement. We'll coordinate the timing with you ahead of time.
Yes — a deposit is required to secure your date and equipment. We'll provide full details on deposit amounts and our cancellation policy when you receive your quote. We recommend booking early, especially for peak season dates.
Yes. Removable sidewalls can be added to provide wind protection, added privacy, or to create a more enclosed atmosphere for evening receptions. Both solid and clear sidewall options are available — ask us when you request your quote.
