We rent two roof styles. High peak frame tents are 20' wide with a tall center peak, great for backyard parties, rehearsal dinners, food and bar service, and shade coverage. Hip roof frame tents come in 30' and 40' widths with a lower, cleaner roofline and a fully pole-free interior, and they are the ones to look at for a reception. A 30' wide tent seats up to 70, 100, or 150 guests depending on length. A 40' wide tent seats up to 180, 220, or 275. Capacities assume seated dining at 60" round tables. Adding a dance floor, bar, or buffet reduces seating. Use our free tent sizer above to see which size fits your guest count.
Standard installation uses stakes driven into the ground, including grass, dirt, or packed gravel. On driveways and other hard surfaces we can often stake into adjacent ground; where that isn't possible we use weighted ballast or concrete blocks instead. Just let us know your surface when you inquire so we can plan accordingly. All tent pricing includes installation with stakes in the ground; sites requiring weighted ballast or other unique circumstances may be additional.
As soon as your date is locked in, especially for spring and fall weekends, which fill up fast. That said, reach out regardless of how close your date is and we'll do our best to make it work.
Setup and breakdown are always included with every tent rental. Delivery is an additional fee based on your location. Use our delivery calculator in your wish list to see your exact cost before you submit. No surprises. We serve Thibodaux, Houma, and surrounding areas across Lafourche and Terrebonne Parish.
We typically set up the day before your event and break down the day after, so you have the full day to focus on celebrating. You don't need to be present during setup, but someone should be available to confirm placement. We'll coordinate the timing with you ahead of time.
Yes, a 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event. Full details come with your quote.
Yes. Removable sidewalls can be added to provide wind protection, added privacy, or to create a more enclosed atmosphere for evening receptions. Ask us when you request your quote.
